Refund/Return Policy for Sale of Goods
Unopened, unused items sold by S&L Computer Services, Inc. in new condition may be returned for full refund within 3 business days. Special order items are not returnable. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase n order to complete a return.
Return/Refund for Services
Due to the nature of the services provided by S&L Computer Services, we cannot offer full refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service you purchased has already been completed by S&L Computer Services, refunds cannot be issued.
